My study of this pattern yielded the following results:
This is depression glass, not carnival glass
It was produced by Federal from 1933 to 1940
The color is marigold iridescent, and it has a slick shiny look
More can be found with a simple search online
These cups measure 3-5/8" diameter x 2-3/4" high
Condition is excellent, with no chips or cracks.  These cups will need a basic cleaning before first use.
