    Description

A large antique majolica pitcher marked and made in England.  The pitcher has a nice pink, green and brown floral motif set against an off-white background with additional areas on its body in colors of yellow and brown.  The interior is pale pink.
Measurements:  From tip of spout to outside edge of handle measures approximately 6-1/8 inches wide by 7-1/8 inches tall.
Condition:  Overall very good antique condition with typical age glaze crazing.  As pictured has a tight hairline to one side of spout which is seen on inside and outside.  There is a glaze pop on top of pitcher handle and color glaze skip on actual handle.  No repairs.
Marks:  On the base is an impressed MADE IN ENGLAND along with a Registry mark and a brown painted number, most likely the painters mark.
