This is a real original German "jerky". Made from very lean beef and spiced with natural spices. These are the most authentic Landjagers you will find!
We use no fillers, additives, gluten or MSG.
This product is then natural Hickory Smoked. No liquid smoke, is ever used in our plant!  Open package and hang on a hanger to dry. 3 -5 days is perfect. They will age slower just laid in the refrigerator, Never put in a plastic bag. They will mold. If you have mold, just wipe off with mineral oil or dip in  salt water and dry.
