    Our microwave pork rinds are produced in North Carolina. The best way to learn how to cook them is to put 1/8 C  on a paper plate or paper towel and set the microwave for 2 minutes on high (1/8 Cup will make a 1 C Serving and contains 9g of protein and 0 carbs).  Watch them cook thru the window and stop the microwave when they quite puffing. This will be the optimum cooking time for your unit. Let them cool for 30 seconds to increase the crunchy texture before eating.

    How to Cook Pork Rinds
    How to Bake Microwave Pork Rinds:
    Spread as many as you want to cook at one time on a cookie sheet. Preheat over to 450° F. Place in oven and cook for 5 minutes, on the first batch pay close attention since this will be the time required to cook in your over. Once tey have puffed remove the pork rinds and allow to cool.  You can also cook in an air fryer, set the temp to 400° F and cook for 5 minutes
