If you’re looking for a taste of home…this is it!  Country ham, cured with salt, brown sugar and other good stuff.  Country hams are the real deal. Cured right here in North Carolina.   Be sure to ring the dinner bell good and loud so we’ll know when to be there.
At our house, this begins Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings. Fry up some of this delicious country ham, and put it in hot biscuits right out of the oven. Pure goodness.
Your package will be 1/2 pound of country ham slices, perfect for ham biscuits. The brand might be Suncrest, or a similar local brand of country ham.
Let me know if you want bone-in. If you want a special treat for your dog - the bone out of the country ham slice drives a dog mad!
