We have been racing Jr Dragsters over 8 years and got tired of the let downs from all the other starters available. We decided to do our very own starter from scratch utilizing our own 2kw starter motor with gear reduction for increased torque. These motors have a grease fitting in gear housing. Next we use a custom starter motor capacitor for increased cranking amps while allowing the battery not to be over worked. Capacitor has a digital read out for constant voltage display while in use. Our starter switch is from a marine application and we custom modify these for trouble free operation. Motor is offset to the right to reduce torque against arm and allowing effortless left arm starts. This starter only weighs 12 pounds with everything! Comes with our DCR Lithium Battery and Digital Lithium Charger! Powder coated; message me color. Larger gauge wire over all others to keep amps up while cranking.
