1. Assemble this pull-up bar and adjust it to a width similar to the door frame.
2. Place on the door frame, adjust it to a horizontal state and rotate end to fix。
3. Rotate the main body of the bar to fix it until it stops.
4. Insert the red. If not suitable, fine-tune the main body of the bar.
Cautions:
Suitable for cement, doors, wooden doors, corridors, etc.
If you have wallpaper and paint on the wall, you can pad some paper on both sides to prevent scratches.
Do not install it on glass doors and hollow doors.
