Thanks for viewing my auction for this set of two vintage 1973 Mattel Sunshine Family Dolls:  These are the hard to find AA African American Happy Family Dolls.  Included are Hal the Dad and Hon the baby.  Each is marked on their back 1973 Mattel.  Both have great hair and faces, all fingers and toes and dad moves and hold positions as he should.  Clean bodies.  Dad has light mold melt marks on 1 leg (please see close-up).  These are minimal compared to other Happy Family dolls I have seen.  It seems to me this was a common problem.  He has his original pants with belt and intact belt loop.  No shoes.  His shirt fits great and looks original to Sunshine dolls, but I do not know if it is original to him.  Hon is great in her original outfit with no defect I have noted.
