LEHMANN RIGI ELECTRIC CABLE LIFT 900E MIB! WORKING GREAT! G-SCALE GERMAN MADE!.
I purchased this set back in the early 90's. It came from a small model Railroad store in Gatlinburg, TN.. I can't find a manufactured year on the box or in the manual. It comes with everything you need to get started including passengers as seen in the pictures. Just in case the little folks need to get out in a hurry there's an escape door on both the bottom and the top. The set runs off of 2 D batteries. I tested it. Unlike some sellers I do test my items. It works!  I have found that untested or I have no batteries to fit is usually another way of saying the item doesn't work!  AGAIN, this one is TESTED and WORKING!!
This is a G Scale Model of the famous Swiss Mountain called the Rigi. The Rigi had marvelous views that were easily accessible once this cable railway was constructed. The ascent was very fast. The Rigi Cable car has been used in several movies over time. My wife and I was able to board the lift back in the early 90's.
