The best smoked Salmon you will ever try!
We use a mid range smoking technique that produces fully cooked Salmon that is still incredibly moist.
Your fresh Atlantic salmon fillet will come vacuum sealed and will easily last for 4-6 weeks in the fridge (I think the record so far is 3 months) it will last for up to a year in the freezer. Once opened, I wouldn’t let it go longer then a week (not that they ever last that long). You can freeze portions after it is opened and they should be fine for up to a year.
All of our fresh Salmon is sourced responsibly from the best fishmongers we can find. Only the finest organic ingredients go into our marinade and rub.

History
Syd’s Salmon was started in a small Canadian town in 1986.
Syd had caught a bounty of salmon from the lakes that year and was looking for an alternative to just freezing them.
He constructed a wood smoker in his backyard, experimented with a few different recipes and Syd’s Traditional Canadian Smoked Salmon was born.
After I moved to California, I missed my Dad’s salmon terribly, I tried every smoked salmon known to man and nothing came close to my Dad’s original recipe.
So I decided to build my own smoker and continue the tradition here.
Dad’s Smoked Salmon has become a tradition over the years at our house and in our town. We hope they become a tradition for you as well.  They are requested every holiday and as gifts.
