Under GSP, we ship the  item to eBay warehouse in Erlanger, KY and from there Ebay handles customs and international shipping. International shipping charges and customs duties are paid by the buyer according to GSP policies. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.  We also cannot ship to freight forwarding companies.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our mistake or the product arrives damaged or inoperable. You have the option to request a full-refund or an exchange of the item. An RMA number is required for all returns. Please contact us for return instructions. Items returned without RMA number will not be processed.
