    Used, OG, hinged, Togolese stamps. Some may have traces of hinges.
    SOLD as IS. Stamps will be removed from  a stock sheet and placed in a plastic packet for shipping. I do consolidate shipments.   Shipment w/out tracking. With tracking it will be additional 4.30 dollars. First Class Letter doesn't have a tracking option.
    Returns and complaints are accepted within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, please, don’t bother after that.
    Returns (pre-notified within 5 days) are accepted up to 14 days for a full refund. The return shipment is paid by a buyer.

IF I DON’T HEAR FROM YOU I WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE DONE WITH AN AUCTION AND WILL PACK THE ITEM. THEN THE CONSOLIDATION WILL BE MORE DIFFICULT OR NOT POSSIBLE.
