I purchased a couple hundred pins and buttons at an elderly couple's estate sale and will be listing them over the coming months.  Many of the pins and buttons are from past presidential elections, and there are others of different categories from the 1940s to 1960s.  Hope you find something you like!

Up for grabs is Vintage American Red Cross Pro Patria Blood Donor Pin.
Comes complete with the threaded fastener on the back so that it can be affixed to one's lapel.
The size of the pin/button can be determined from the photos provided - a ruler has been placed alongside the item.
