Very good preowned condition. Used just a few times. Plastic has some scuffs, most notably on the bottom, from being shuffled around in the drawer. Recently purchased from Weight Watchers, but ended up using a different way to track water intake. When the bottle is filled to the top (full), capacity is 73oz (this capacity is printed on bottom of the jug/bottle-see pictures).
